BOTS Alps Region 2022: Datapunctum Finishes with Top Score

The biggest Boss of the SOC event in the Alps regions has been held yesterday. A total of 48 teams with 160 participants played at the BOTS event organized by Splunk Switzerland and the Swiss branch of the Splunk User Group (i09).

Datapunctum is very proud to have achieved the top score of 48022 points, followed by two teams from UMB with 46022 and 44722 points, respectively.

This is a great achievement for the team, especially after finishing in 3rd place the previous year. The competition was fierce with many talented security professionals from across the Alps region.

Boss of the SOC (BOTS) is Splunk's annual blue team competition that challenges participants to use Splunk to investigate and respond to simulated cyber attacks. It is a great opportunity to test and improve security skills in a competitive environment.
